Beautystack Social Media

Running the Beautystack social media accounts in their early stages - getting the brand to 10k followers on Instagram organically. I also utilised my contacts at Instagram to get Beautystack verified early on, allowing us to use swipe up links to directly promote the Beautystack product, and providing the brand with strong credibility on a saturated platform.

Scope included:

Managing the Beautystack social accounts - Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
Creation of a 65 page social media guidelines doc
Creating a social messaging calendar in line with our user personas, allowing us to create content that empathised with our audience
Using social to launch Beauty Pros, run key campaigns and to launch new features on the Beautystack app
Sourcing and managing content - identifying trends to maximise engagement
Commissioning content creators
Partnering with key influencers to drive brand awareness and revenue
Social copywriting
Social reports
Running regular experiments to discover the best methods to promote our product and increase revenue
